If your employer was paying for your health insurance as part of your employment agreement, can they stop paying and make you pay?

Insurance Law Law Answers

Not while the agreement is in force, no--it's a contract and they need to honor it. If it's term is up or it lapses and needs to be renewed for any reason, it can be renegotiated, of course; but while it's force, the employer must honor its commitments under it.
