If you receive vacation pay, holiday pay or bereavement pay from your employer while you are off on workers comp do you still receive workers comp pay

These benefits are considered an advance on your workers' compensation benefits.  The workers' compensation benefits to which you are due and owing can be used to buy back these other benefits if you choose.  You do not get both but if you were off for your work injury, you have a right to buy back the other benefits so you can use them later if you want.  Good luck.
