If you let someone stay at your house for a week, can you kick them out?

Yes, you can kick them out.  If they stay there long enough to receive mail, change their address on their identification, that kind of stuff, then you will have to evict them.  Ask them to leave and if they don't then contact the local police and report the person is trespassing the police should be able to assist you from there by issuing a trespass.  Hope this helps you out.
