As a life decision, yes.  But as a legal justification, no.  The landlord can't be expected to bear the financial consequences of your job change.  You're liable for the rent due on the lease.

If you move out early, the landlord has a legal obligation to try and find a new tenant, by the usual means for landlords in the area.  Any rent collected from the new tenant, during the rest of what would have been your lease term, is taken off what you would owe.
