Dear Inquirer:  If you text message to any peace officer in Ohio, or in most other states, territories, cities, counties, regions, townships, and protectorates of the U.S.A, you're in deep trouble!  You're asking for a felony indictment with almost guaranteed guest privileges in a secvure prison for a number of years.  Now, why would you be so foolish to invite loss of your freedom?  Good luck!

Sincerely, J. Norman Stark

I agree with my colleague's advice.  If you text messaged an officer, the answer is a big "yes", you almost certainly will be arrested.  You clearly need to hire an attorney AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to "stop the bleeding" and begin to defend these impending charges.  Good luck.
