If the victim was a minor/child then the following apply: (1) assault with intent to rape, or rape/abuse/assault of a child, the criminal statute of limitations is 15 years; (2) indecent assault on a child, or other sexual offenses against a child, the statute of limitations is when the victim reaches 16 years old or when the violation is reported (whichever is earlier).
