Criminal Defense Law Answers

Aggravated robbery is the robbery and causing serious bodily injury to another during the robbery, OR using or showing a deadly weapon.

So, it would remain the same with or without a weapon as long as serious bodily injury was suffered by another person during the course of the robbery.
