DUI / DWI Law Answers

I'm not a South Carolina attorney, but my research suggests that the state's expungement law is very limited, and specifically rules out expungement for any motor vehicle offense.  So it looks like there is no way that you can do this.

However, if you are charged with another DUI, these should be far enough in the past, in every state where I've looked at the law, to avoid being charged as a second or third offender.
