If one child files a wrongful death of a parent and is awarded a settlement, are the other children entitled to a share?
Question Details: My father was murdered 6 years ago; he was run down by a van (construction companies) then stabbed in the back by the driver of said van. I suspect that my brother may have filed and won a wrongful death suit.
