If my wife moved her boyfriend into our house, do I have the right to put him out?

Me and my wife bought a house but soon after she did not want to be married anymore. She then moved her boyfriend into our house and I want him out. Do I have a right to put him out by law?

I recommend you consult with an attorney in your area. She is part owner of the house just as you are. You will need to have a judge determine who resides in the house and who will purchase the other's 1/2 interest if you and she cannot agree.
