I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  the next time your husband is abusive you need to call the police.  he will be arrested for domestic violence.  then you need to ask the court to enter a protective order as you are in fear of your safety and he is out of control.  you can then file a divorce and require him to move out and stay somewhere else.  i suggest that you also obtain a lawyer to represent you in the divorce and make sure your husband stays away for your safety.
