If my brother owns his home and he wants his girlfriend to move out, does he have to evict her or just tell her to get out?

If she is a guest he can just ask her to leave. If she refuses then she becomes a trespasser or squatter. He would then have to evict her. If she can establish that she has some form of tenancy there then he will have to evict her. Good luck.
