If I work for more than 30 to 60 days without a day off from work and it's mandatory for us, is that illegal?

Unfortunately, the law does NOT require that employees *ever* be given a day off--you can be made to work 24/7/365. Therefore, it is legal to make you work every day for 30 to 60 days straight without a day off, or to write you up or discipline you for calling during a 7-day work period.
