If I were arrested 29 years ago but found guilty until this year, am I sentenced under the former or current law?

Because it appears that you were on warrant status, otherwise I'm not certain how you get sentenced 29 years later, you will be sentenced under current law. Had you been convicted 29yrs ago, but not sentenced until now, there would be an argument to sentence you based on the laws existing 29 yrs ago.
