If I was involved in a car accident and it was my fault but I did not get a ticket can I try to get reimbursement for my pain and suffering

Although I do not practice law in the State of Florida, here are my initial impressions.  If I were you, I would not concede liability so easily.  If you did not receive a ticket, then there may be a theory that an attorney could identify whereby you are not the negligent party.  If so, then the attorney may be able to develop a strategy for you to recover for this claim.  In any event, I suggest that you consult with a personal injury attorney discuss this matter in greater detail and to evaluate any potential claim that you may have.  Good luck.
