If I'm fired do I get my vacation pay?

Question Details:

I broke company policies, that what I was fired for. I still think they owe me my vacation pay. What are my rights?

It depends on what the company's vacation policy is.  Just for example, do you have to work there for a certain length of time to start earning days?  Do they award a day for every month worked?  Do they offer vacation pay in lieu of time?  If you received  an employee manual from the company, read their vacation policy carefully. and it should tell you if you've earned and are owed vacation pay.
