If I know the whereabouts of a person who has a warrant for their arrest. Is this considered aiding and abetting?
Although I do not practice law in the State of Florida, here are my initial impressions. I think it is unlikely that you could be arrested solely for knowing a person's location. However, if you have engaged in any other conduct that facilitated this person alluding the authorities, then you may have been exposed to some criminal liability. I suggest consulting with a local attorney to discuss this matter in greater detail in the interest of protecting your rights moving forward. Good luck.

Are you a lawyer?
