If i have Automobile liability /property damage , but not uninsured motorist. and a uninsured motorist hits me , will my policy pay ?

It's hard to say without looking at your policy.  I'm not a Mississippi lawyer, and there are variations from one state to another in how car insurance works;  for reliable advice, you'd need to take your policy to a local attorney.

If you have collision coverage, that will pay, but you'll be stuck with the deductible.  Otherwise, you're going to have to sue the other driver.
