If I get subpoened, do I have to testify???
Question Details:
I witnessed my boyfriend's brother punch someone and I was the one that called the police. Now he is being charged again for simple assult, and I have been subpoened to testify on the behalf of the commonwealth of Pa. But I am scared to testify because he has been threatening others about testifying. He is a violent person!
