No.  Imprisonment for debt is one of the fundamental evils abolished by the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

However, if you do have a judgment, you have the right to make the debtor answer written questions, under oath, about their income and assets, and if they refuse to answer or if they lie in their answers, it is sometimes possible for that to lead to being jailed for contempt until the truth is produced.
