If I brought a vehicle into a 2 year marriage that was paid for, can he take it from me?

If you owned the vehicle before the marriage, then it remains your separate property.  That said, he could be awarded the vehicle to offset something else that you were awarded.  For example, if you were awarded the house, and you both as a community had equity in the house, he could be awarded your vehicle as an offset.
