If I am separated legally from my husband, is he obligated to pay the rent?

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  Your husband is not required to pay the rent.  you are not divorced and there si no order in place regarding rent and child support and alimony.  You and your husband still have to work together to determine how rent is being paid.  I suggest that you figure this out quickly so that you are not evicted from the apartment.
