I agree with SJZ.  Once you've decided to file bankruptcy, stop borrowing money. 

I would recommend not doing this. If you are filing bankruptcy, that means you anticipate not being able to pay your existing debts. If you borrow more money under that circumstance, that may be considered fraud (borrowing money without an intention of repayment is fraud). That might open you up to civil and even potentially criminal liability.
