I'm not clear as to your question. Is it that you have had your license suspend because of a DUI and then got caught driving on a susp[ended/revoked license?.
if so, according to the PA MVC Chapter 15, if a person drives without a valid license in Pennsylvania, they are guilty of a summary offense and upon conviction can be sentenced to serve as much as 90 days in jail and will have a fine of at least $200. In the case of a suspension, the judge may also extend the suspension or revoke it altogether. In addition to the criminal consequences, you may face problems with auto insurance if and when your license is reinstated. You may be seen as a “high risk” for auto insurance companies and have to deal with high rates and unisurability.
Additionally, if you were on probation for a DUI, that can be affected as well.
If this is your situation, you need to contact an attorney specializing in traffic offenses. They can best advise as to your rights under specific state law.
