What does the contract between A and B say about assignments? B should be responsible to C. If A is being sued, A can petition the court to make B liable for any debt C is claiming from A. Do you have copies of the relevant documents? If you want me to review the documents and deal with the creditor, feel free to email me at sean@roadlawyer.net or call me at 913 441 5025.
