If a petition for divorce was filed and granted with incorrect information, is the divorce valid?

My ex filed for a divorce and it was granted but he put wrong information on there as far as my SSN and DLN, along with a fake name change. Am I still legally divorced? Or what do I need to do? The original petition for divorce he sent me had all my right information and the waiver I signed as well. Please let me know if I'm divorced or not.
