Personal Injury Law Answers

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  You should hire a lawyer immediately.  You are eligible for workman's compensation for your medical bills and you have a third party claim against the homeowner of the dog under the state's "dog bite" statute.  Depending on how serious your injuries are will dictate the settlement demand.  Hire a lawyer asap.
