Employment and Labor Law Answers

Sure you can sue, but there is no guarantee that you will win.  It sounds pretty awful, but results depend upon the specifics of the case, and what is provable.  Your best bet is to consult a lawyer and tell him or her all about the incidents in detail, and see what the attorney thinks of the case.  Many attorneys will give you a first consultation free, so it is certainly worth doing.
