I was put on deferred adjudication for a felony possession of marijuana. When I get off (in 4/11), will I be able to file for a pardon after that?

Question Details:

Will I also be able to file for a order of non-disclosure in my case, once probation is completed and file pardon?

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  In most states there is an application for expungement that can be filed to have your criminal charges erased from your record.  Usually, you have to wait 3-5 years from the last date that you completed your probation to file the application.  the waiting period is this long as the state wants to be able to review what you have done with your life since being off probation to evaluate whether you are a  good candidate for granting the application for expungement.  i suggest hiring a lawyer to help you file this application when the time comes.
