Probation - possible recovation

Question Details:

I had a misdemeanor conviction for unemployment and I got ill and wasn't able to finish paying the money. It's been almost 4 years and I sent some money in a while back but I still have some money left to pay. I don't have warrant but can they still revoke me after 3 years?

The maximum length of probation in misd cases is normally 2 years.  That length can be extended.  If your probation has ended, then they cannot file on you.  If you are still on probation, then you can still be revoked.
