If you go to your courthouse, check their computer which probably has an index of the names of defendants, you should be able to locate the case and will be able to obtain the information which is a matter of public record.  If you know the case number, you could also obtain the information through the court's computer.  There may also be an index of case numbers.  After obtaining the case number and the name of the case, the court clerk may allow you to see the file.
