It is common for both the victim and the tortfeasor (the person committing the wrong) to have the same insurance company. That fact alone, should not affect your ability to make a claim or affect any recovery you may be entitled to collect. Our firm would be interested in scheduling a telephone conference to explore whether we can assist you. Please call us at 305-665-5353 and request to speak to Edward Montoya of the Montoya | Lopez, P.L. law firm.  We are a Florida law firm, duly licensed to practice in state and federal courts.

We cannot render legal advice to you as we do not serve as your legal counsel, have not seen the accident reports or police reports if any, have not sat down with you to review your damages, injuries, out of pocket expenses, etc.

You should review your insurance coverage and consider consulting with an attorney to ensure you are getting what you need.  Try www.attorneypages.com and check his or her disciplinary record at the Florida State Bar.
