What to do if I was involved in a rear-end collision last year for which I was not at fault?

Question Details: I was 0% at fault. The insurance company for the other party called me February of this year to come to a settlement. The person and I verbally agreed on $700. They faxed over the release form, but on the release from the amount was $7,000, not $700. In the release, it states “In the sole consideration of $7,000” I will release my waiver and so on. I signed the paper, faxed it back to the insurance company. A week later, I get a mail from them, but this time it’s for $700. Is there anything I can do to receive the $7,000 which I signed my release to?
