I was involved in a car accident both drivers did not have insurance. what are my wrights?

Not much.  You both violated the law by failing to have insurance.  Are you both with drivers licenses? Whose fault was it? Is it body damage to the vehicle or to you, as well?

Under California law, you are still entitled to your out of pocket damages, if the other driver was negligent for the accident.   You should discuss the circumstances of this accident with an attorney to determine your rights.
