I am a California personal injury lawyer.  You need to keep treating but the chiropractor will need to discuss with your attorney how to separate the billing and explain how the second accident impacted the injury from the first accident.

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  You need to see a lawyer asap and continue treatment.  The insurance company representing the defendant in the 2nd  accident is going to blame all the injuries on the 1st accident.  It will be important to segregate out which injuries occurred at which accident.  however, you need to keep  seeing a doctor.  The lawyer you hire will be able to direct you to the right places.  do not go at this alone.
