Question Details: They had liability insurance in i had no insurance in there insurance call it toatal in all they could give me was 10000 dollars because the amount was over there allowance that i was really owe in order to get the rest i had to go through my insurance but i didnt have no insurance. I think my car is fixable is there anything i can do to get more money from them?

Then, file a lawsuit agains these people. if you get a judgment, you can enforce it for 20 years, whereby you can take their wages and money from their bank account to pay off the judgment. keep chasing the at fault driver untill you are paid in full.
