I was in an accident no ticket was issued the police report said I failed to yeild the other drivers insurance sent a request for my ins info Options?

You must give your insurance info to the other driver. If the police report says you failed to yield right of way to the other driver and therefore caused or partially caused the accident, it will be difficult to argue unless there were witnesses (independent) who differ with the police version of events.
