Question Details: I was in a relationship w/a woman for 3yrs that ended a week ago. We have a 2yr old daughter who she will not let me see until I start paying child support. Wills, Trusts, Probate Law Answers

You need to consult a family law attorney in your area as soon as possible. You do have rights as a father, but the fact that the mother is being uncooperative and threatens to accuse you of abuse means that you are going to have a contentious battle with her regarding custody, visitation, and child support. You should go to court and obtain an agreement regarding custody of your daughter, child support for your daughter, and a visitation schedule. Hopefully, you can avoid future problems with the mother of your daughter. But you are going to need an attorney to represent your rights in court. Good luck.
