Question: Auto Accidents - Georgia

I was in a car accident and can not find a lawer to take my case.
A car tried to make a left turn from the right lane and hit my car but told the officer they were stopped in the left lane and I hit them. No damage to back of their vehicle. Officer would not make decision, instead cited us both. Citation were thrown out not my insurance is in subergation with theirs but is not pursuing my medical or rental expenses. What can I do?

When an officer makes a determination of liability, it is not always accurate.  You should keep pursuing your claim especially since the citations were dismissed in court.
