I was given a citation for shoplifting at JC Penny's in Louisville, Kentucky. I have to go to court on August 25th. I was told to plead not guilty
Question Details: guilty and see if the procesutor will amend the amount down. I was with my niece and she took half of the merchandise and they let her off. I then got charged with all of the items. $600.00 dollars worth. This is my first time and I am ashamed and scared. Jc pennys said I would have to pay them too? Help
