I was driving my truck back home from out of town in a dark road. I totaled my truck hit no one else .2 months later I recieve a ticket in the mail.

Although I do not practice law in the State of New Hampshire, here are my initial impressions. First, you do not pose a question. What did you get your ticket for? It is possible if you hit some property (or even a telephone pole) that you have been charged with evading responsibility.
