I was charged with conspiracy to imploy a minor in shoplifting. My 16-year old daughter was with me but not charged. So how can I be charged with conspiracy?

According to the New Jersey Code of Criminal Justice, it is irrelevant to the liability of a person who conspires with another to commit a crime that the person with whom that person conspires with is "irresponsible or has an immunity to prosecution or conviction for the commission of the crime."
So, you can still be charged with conspiracy even if your daughter was not charged.
