I was arrested for DWI, 1st offense, with an accident. What are possibilities of jail time up to the 30 days? What penalties will be assesed:..roughl?
Question Details: I was arrested for DWI, reckless, and failure to remain in lane. I crossed the yellow lines and struck an on coming car. That car flipped twice and the passangers were injured and taken to the hopital. Im not sure of the extent of injuries. I blew a .20. The ticket was checked to have bodily injury, not severinjury/death.
