I was arrested for dui and taken to jail and after i was at the jail they got a search warrant. Will i be charged W/what the found and was this legal
Question Details: The vehicle i was driving was not my vehicle and i was pulled over cause i was called in for speeding. They thought i was under the influence and gave me a breathulizer and i passed but refused a blood test due to my fear of needles. That was what i was charged w/at first until after the search then they added possession of a controlled subs. w/intent to deliver and they also took over 1000 dollars. I was not present at the time of the search and was already at the jail they were in no danger and there was no evidence that could be destroyed cause the crime was a dui which i wasn't found to be
