i was aressted 7/4/09 and on 7/1709 ordered to serve out remiander of sentence with kdoc which ended 9/1/09 but i was not released tiill 9/17/09
Question Details: do i have a valid case for false imprisonment i had no holds or warrants my paper work was just lost in the mix
