I was accused of being in default on a private mortgage. Non-jury trial was this past winter and there is still no decision from the judge. Recourse?

Question Details:

My signature was forged by husband post-divorce filing on a supposed private mortgage. Notarized by man who never met me. Non-jury trial. I'm not in default on debts; make my own living; house in my name alone (quit claimed by husband). I got a TRO, he filed divorce and a year later "signature" appears on document. It was filed in Hall of Records 2 years after supposedly signed. Long/short I just want to know, how can a judge make a decision on a case nearing one year old? I'm falsely accused and now subject to this indecision. Can I declare something similar to "Hung Jury" to my benefit?

Are you sure the Judge has not rendered a decision?  If not, I would contact the Judge's law clerk and see what the problem is or I would contact the presiding Judge for the County and let him/her know your situation.  As an attorney for 25-years, I have never encountered such a problem.
