I wanted to know if I should file a lawsuit against my company for personal injury?
Question Details: i was at work and i was exiting out of the rear exit where our port o let is located and when i stepped on the metal kick plate,the wood under it was all rotten and i came off of the building. i missed the steps and fell on the cement and hurt my neck. while at the company doc he said i could go back to full duty but he never even listened to me about my neck?what should i do?

Make sure the doctor knows how this happened and explain to him all the pain that you are in. Make sure you are clear. The employer is responsible for paying your medical bills. i also suggest that you hire a worker's compensation lawyer to maximize your benefits under the law.
