What to do if I sold my car a year ago for under bluebook value and the state is now requesting proof from the buyer he paid bluebook value before they issue him tabs and a title?
Question Details: I sold it after my DWI. The seller said I could write an explanation of why I sold it at that price so he doesn't have to pay the difference. What is the correct approach to this situation?
