I sold a couch as is
Question Details:
I sold a couch as is. My cat did pee on it 2 years ago buy I cleaned it. Now the people say they smell the cat pee. They never asked if I had pets, or even sat on the couch before they bought it. Do they have the right to sue me now?

Not if they bought it as is and you did not conceal or hide information. Had they asked about pets or cat pee you'd have had to answer truthfully; but if they never asked, it's not your responsibility in this sort of sale.
