What to do if I signed an offer letter with my current employer for a new position in another state but 1 day before moving I was told that they are pushing my start date back by more than 2 weeks?

Question Details: This is due to a financial error with the new project. However, it will cause a gap in my pay. The offer letter i signed included my salary and start date. Is it binding?
